RUPDS Painting & Decorating offers residential and commercial painting and decorating services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, spray finishes, and specialist coatings. Detailed service agreements will be outlined in individual quotes provided to clients.
3. Quotes and Payments
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A deposit may be required to secure booking dates.
Final payments are due upon completion of the agreed work, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with UK regulations.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 7 days before the agreed start date without penalty.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total quoted price.
5. Liability
RUPDS is fully insured and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your property.
We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, such as structural issues, that may affect the work.
Clients are responsible for removing valuables and personal items from work areas before the project begins.
6. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our work, please notify us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.
Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.
